Subscription Fees

The Credit card holder's account is automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding month or on the final day of the month if no corresponding date was entered. Special offers are only valid for initial term until the member decides to deactivate the account. When activating subscriptions, the then-current full subscription rate will apply. Prins Academy may terminate the subscription and these terms if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.

Right of access granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Deactivating the Account

Deactivating your account can be done by going into your account setttings, accessible after logging in to the Prins Academy Website. You can also deactivate your account inside the Prins Academy mobile app by going into the profile settings. Requests to cancel by e-mail or phone are not considered and do not accomplish deactivation. Once you deactivate your membership subscription, you will not lose your progress, art submissions or feedback reports. Deactivating your account will stop your billing cycle. You can regain access to your account by simply activating it. To activate your account: Log into the mobile app. You will see a message that will prompt you to activate.
